Includes Gold & Silver Academy of Chocolate Award Winners. Three different flavours of salted caramel chocolates comprising that moreish combination of sweet with a hint of saltiness. It shouldn't make sense; we can’t explain how or why, all we know is that it tastes oh so good!
2 each of Traditional, Muscovado & Palm Blossom caramels - Gold Medal Academy of Chocolate
The three flavours:
- Traditional Salted Caramel, with Fleur de Sel de Camargue - Tiny delicate crystals of a hand harvested French sea salt. We blend the caramel with rich Ghanaian milk chocolate and encase it in vintage Madagascan dark chocolate.
- Muscovado Salted Caramel is rich with molasses and treacle-like flavours and uses Maldon sea salt to highlight its depth and length of flavour.
- Palm Blossom Salted Caramel, our unique creation, the aromatic and perfumed. Using a sugar made from the nectar of coconut palm blossoms we create an unctuous caramel that has butterscotch and perfumed notes. A little pink Himalayan salt is added to create a chocolate than you just can't help coming back to.
Shelf life: 3 months.
